Return and refund

We only accept Return policy of products with quality issues.

Due to the special nature of disposable masks, all sales on our website cannot be returned except for the quality issue.

1. Considering the protective efficiency of N95 face masks, used products cannot be returned.

2. Products with quality issues cannot be returned if they are cause by receivers.

For products with quality problems: after returning, exchange or refund is available  You can contact our professional customer service team and inform us of your request via: jelly@n95mall.com

Please read following three steps to complete returning.

Step 1: Submitting evidence and description to “jelly@n95mall.com” within 15 days after receipt of goods.

Evidence can be: Photos/videos of damaged/defective products. We will process the proof within 1-2 working days.

 

Step 2: Return the products

Once preliminarily confirmation done, shipping label will be sent to you via email.

Then please help to sent the products you received from us to UPS or USPS Post Station.

We will take physical checking towards the returned products (whether they are provided by us), 

 

Step 3: Verification and processing

After the returned products is confirmed valid, you can apply for an exchange or a full refund. It will take 2-3 business days to re-ship new item or process a full refund.
