Order Status

Processing: This means we’ve received your order, and are ready to ship.
Shipped: This means your order is on its way.
Partially Shipped: Part of your order was shipped out.
Delivered: Your order has arrived at its destination.

 

What is the difference between processing time and delivery time?

Processing time is the time period from when you submit your order to when the product leaves the fulfillment center. Processing time is noted on the product description page. Delivery time is from when the product leaves the fulfillment center to when it arrives at its destination.

How are shipping charges determined?

The shipping charge is based on the items you choosed and your shipping address. In your cart, you will see the estimated shipping charge based on standard shipping. You will see your actual shipping cost at checkout. 

What is the estimated delivery time?

5-7 business days for regular order

7-12 business days for international order

Note: Order placed in weekend and festivals, shipping time will be extended a little more (2-3 days longer).

Which express company you use?

DHL/USPS/UPS /FEDEX/Canada Post/AU Post

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive an email notification, including a tracking number you can use to check the progress of your shipment. If you have additional questions, please contact with our Customer Service.

 

How do I track my product order?

Follow the link in the email you receive when your order ships. You can also contact Customer Service (email: jelly@n95mall.com) to track with order.

When are orders processed?

Orders start processing when you place your order and end when the product leaves the fulfillment center. Pls allow 1-3days to process.

 

When are orders delivered?

Orders shipped are delivered Monday through Saturday. Delivery is not available on Sundays.

Where do you ship to?

We can ship to most countries of the whole world. For the estimated delivery time, pls contact our customer service for more detail.

Does N95instock ship to PO Boxes?

Yes. But pls keep your phone available so that express company can get through of your line.

Can I change the shipping address?

You can try to contact us to submit your new shipping address. But once your order is shipped, we cannot help to change the shipping address. It is the best to confirm your address before placing an order.
